Introduction

Skilz – The Learning Hub (“Skilz”, “Institute”, “We”, “Our”) provides skill development, training, certification, internship opportunities, placement assistance, and related services through skilzhub.org, its branches, digital platforms, applications, and associated services.

Skilz may operate through one or more legally registered entities in different locations. By enrolling in any programme or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Admission & Enrollment

Admission is confirmed upon submission of the required application and payment of applicable fees.

Skilz reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion. Programme schedules, curriculum, faculty allocation, and delivery formats (offline, online, or hybrid) may be updated when necessary to improve learning outcomes or operational efficiency.

Enrollment is personal to the student and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Academic Requirements & Certification

Certification is granted upon successful completion of programme requirements, including attendance, assignments, assessments, industry experience requirements (where applicable), and adherence to conduct standards.

Students must clear all applicable fees before certification is issued.

Skilz reserves the right to withhold or cancel certification in cases of academic dishonesty, misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of institutional policies.

Certificate authenticity may be verified through the official verification portal at www.skilzhub.org/verify.

Digital Access & Learning Resources

Students may receive access to the Learning Management System (LMS), recorded sessions, and digital learning resources as part of their programme.

Access is intended for the enrolled student’s personal learning use. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should not share their account access with others.

Training materials, recordings, and learning resources are provided to support the educational experience and remain the intellectual property of Skilz or its respective partners. These materials should not be copied, redistributed, or publicly shared without prior written permission.

Skilz may restrict or suspend access to digital platforms in cases of misuse, policy violations, or non-compliance with programme requirements.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour during training sessions, industry experience programmes, and all interactions with faculty, staff, and fellow students.

Harassment, impersonation, disruption of sessions, misuse of institutional resources, or behaviour that harms the learning environment may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of services.

Use of Client Work & Confidential Information

During training or industry experience, students may be exposed to internal processes, client projects, or confidential information.

Such materials must be handled responsibly and may not be published, claimed as personal work, or shared publicly without prior written approval from the relevant authority.

Students agree to maintain confidentiality regarding institutional systems, project materials, and client information even after completion of the programme.

Minor / Guardian Consent

Skilz programmes are intended for individuals who are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. If a student is below eighteen (18) years of age, enrollment must be completed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for the minor’s compliance with institutional policies, academic requirements, and payment obligations.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for providing accurate information during admission and for complying with institutional policies, programme requirements, and applicable laws while participating in Skilz services.

Any misuse of services, misrepresentation of qualifications, or violation of institutional policies may result in appropriate action by the institution.

Students may be featured in institutional communications, promotional materials, alumni highlights, success stories, or announcements related to academic achievements, internships, placements, or career progress, including the use of their name, photograph, and related information.

Limitation of Liability

Skilz provides educational and career support services intended to enhance professional development. However, Skilz does not guarantee employment outcomes, salary levels, or hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

To the extent permitted by law, Skilz shall not be liable for indirect losses, employment outcomes, or decisions made by external organisations.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from services provided by Skilz, both parties agree to attempt resolution through discussion and mutual understanding.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws within the jurisdiction of the relevant Skilz operating entity.

Force Majeure

Skilz shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions in services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, technical failures, regulatory changes, or other unforeseen conditions.
